Returns

You may return your item within 7 days of receiving it.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

To start a return, please contact us at jacobscycles@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
